The foundational concept of the school was developed to provide a wide variety of learners of all ages (urban, suburban, rural communities; international and global) with access to a high-quality education and cutting edge curriculum grounded in ingenuity and innovation. The model confronts the traditional norms of educational institutions and archaic structures by designing a customized program centered on the interests, needs and strengths of learners.

Our curriculum process is unique and has been reconstructed to allow students the flexibility to learn at their own pace. Learning pillars are pre-established for each core module with expansive opportunities that embed collaborative concepts and ideas from students in a meaningful way. Our students design and curate a customized learning experience with the assistance of an Education Coach (EdCo) based upon their individualized interests. Yes, we offer gateway courses to enable students to develop a solid foundation in core academic areas, but with a twist and an eye for innovation! At the Conscious Collective, learners lead their own pathway, with adaptive and constructive courses that provide a critical lens into prevalent local, national and global issues of social impact in an effort to design and develop thoughtful solutions.
